There can be incredible uses for video games, such as the article you posted. However, moderation is key. Morphine is useful too, but in excess will cause significant harm. This is similar for video games too. Thank you for the link!

Yes, for me, it felt just as good as pain killers. Many addicted gamers have felt the same.

My point is that everything must be in moderation. While video games are not as potent as morphine at the neuro-chemical and brain receptors level, excessive play will produce similar devastating outcomes with sever physical, emotional, and spiritual consequences.
